Travel Vaccinations

The transfer of vaccinations from General Practice to NHS Vaccination Team took place on 1st April 2022.

Destinations - Fit for Travel

If you are planning to travel abroad, you can now book the vaccinations you need at dedicated travel clinics held in participating community pharmacies throughout Fife. Travel vaccination for going abroad | NHS Fife

For patients unable to access and/or navigate Fit For Travel, NHS24 will provide a telephone-based access point for NHS Fife's local service delivery, telephone: 0800 22 44 88.

Non-NHS Services

Consideration will be given from patients for requests for services which are not covered under our contract with the NHS and these services incur charges.  Some examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Private prescriptions
• Private letter from the doctor 
• Private medical certificate
• Holiday cancellation form

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be able to advise you about them.  

The Practice does not provide letters for housing matters, sign passport applications or provide character references.
